1. Data controller

Tansuk (tansuk.dev) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We operate from Turkey. Contact: hello@tansuk.dev.

2. Data we process

Contact form: name, email, subject, and message content you submit. Technical logs may include IP address and basic request metadata required to operate the site securely. If you accept analytics cookies, we may process aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device/locale signals).

3. Purposes and legal bases (KVKK)

We process contact-form data to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps prior to a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f for legitimate interest in securing the service). Analytics cookies are processed only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data or contacting us.

4. Retention and sharing

Contact messages are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up, then deleted or anonymized. We do not sell personal data. Processors may include our email hosting (mailcow SMTP) for lead delivery and, if you consent, Google Analytics. Transfers outside Turkey, if any, are limited to those processors under appropriate safeguards.

5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information about your personal data, whether it is processed, the purpose and recipients, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under the conditions in the law, objection to processing, and compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. 6. Cookies

Essential cookies or local storage may be used for language preference and cookie-consent choice. Analytics cookies load only after you accept. Rejecting analytics does not affect the contact form.
